Quotation Validity: Prices quoted are valid for 7 days.

Minimum Service Charge: ₱1,000 per visit (for single-item bookings).

Payment Terms: 50% down payment before service, balance upon completion.

Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a free re-clean for the affected area within 24 hours.

Material or Fabric Type

• Delicate fabrics such as suede, leather, or velvet may need special cleaning solutions and gentle handling.

Stain Level & Condition

• Heavily soiled, stained, or pet-affected items may need extra scrubbing, shampoo, or disinfecting steps.

Accessibility / Location

• Prices may vary depending on travel distance, parking availability, or if the cleaning area requires special setup (e.g., high-rise condos or offices).

Drying Time & Ventilation

• Additional drying support or re-cleaning may apply if the area is poorly ventilated or has high humidity.

Special Requests or Add-ons

• Optional services such as deodorizing, protective coating, or urgent/same-day cleaning may affect the total cost.

Living Area & Bedrooms

• Dusting and wiping of furniture, décor, and appliances. Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Arranging beds, pillows, and linens. Emptying trash bins

Kitchen Area

• Cleaning countertops, stovetops, and backsplash. Washing dishes. Wiping exterior of cabinets and appliances.

Bathroom / Toilet

• Cleaning toilet bowl, sink, and mirror. Mopping and wiping tiles and floor. Emptying trash and replacing tissue/soap (if provided).

Windows & Glass

• Wiping glass and mirrors (interior only)

Appliances & Fixtures

• Light dusting and wiping of accessible surfaces

Disinfection & Deodorizing

• Basic air freshening and light disinfectant spray

Garbage Disposal

• Collection and disposal of trash

Living Area & Bedrooms

• Includes all in General Cleaning, plus:

   Deep vacuuming under furniture and beds,

  Wiping and disinfecting walls, baseboards, and door frames, 

  Spot cleaning of stains or marks, 

  Polishing of wood and metal fixtures.

Kitchen Area

• Includes all in General Cleaning, plus: Deep degreasing of stovetops, range hoods, and tiles, Cleaning inside cabinets, fridge, oven, and microwave, Descaling sink and disinfecting countertops.

Bathroom / Toilet

• Includes all in General Cleaning, plus: Deep scrubbing of tiles and grout, Descaling showerheads and faucets, Disinfecting toilet and sink, Removing molds and soap scum.

Windows & Glass

• Deep cleaning of windows and frames (interior & accessible exterior)

Appliances & Fixtures

• Full wiping and disinfecting of all appliances, switches, and handles

Disinfection & Deodorizing

• Full steam disinfection or disinfectant misting throughout unit

Garbage Disposal

• Garbage disposal + sanitation of bins
